Discount breaks available in the Low Season
- 3 to 6 nights Winter mini-break - 5% discount on the rates above
- 7 nights or more Winter break - 10% discount on the rates above
Notes
- Rates are per room per night based on two people sharing
- Rates include breakfast
- Rates are inclusive of VAT
- Minimum of two nights stay for all Friday or Saturday arrivals throughout the year
- Minimum of two nights stay during the Summer season
- One night stays are available during the Winter season (Sunday to Thursday)
- Well behaved pets are welcome in the Cottage Suite only - additional supplement of £7 per pet per night
- We accept children 8 years of age and above

Booking Conditions
Booking & Payment
A deposit equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay for each room booked
is required to secure reservation. For
bookings of more than one week, the deposit will be the cost of two night’s
stay for each room booked.
The deposit payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card – please
make cheques payable to ‘Strete
Barton’. Settlement of the final invoice can be made by cash, cheque or
credit / debit card.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation less than two weeks prior to arrival, a
minimum amount equivalent to the first night’s
accommodation for each room booked will be charged (two nights will be
charged for bookings of more than one week), unless we are able to re-book
the room. If you cancel your booking, or part of your booking, within 48
hours of the scheduled check-in time of 5.00pm on the planned date of arrival,
a charge equivalent to the total booking price that includes any supplements
will be levied and no refund will be made. This charge will be applied to
the credit/debit card initially used to settle the deposit.

Check-in/Out
Access to the room(s) is after 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and the room(s)
should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Should you expect
to arrive later than 6.00pm, please call us in advance on 01803 770364. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival, we are unable to check-in guests after 10.00pm. Check-out on the day of departure is 10.30am.
General
Strete Barton House is a non-smoking establishment.
Children over the age of eight are welcome, but must be well behaved and under control of their parents.
Regretfully, Strete Barton House is inappropriate for persons with severe mobility disabilities, due to the steps on access.
Pets are welcome, but can only be accommodated in the ‘Cottage Suite’, and will not be allowed in the Main House. A charge of £7 per pet per night will be made. If you wish to bring your pet please call us to make the booking.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking without liability on our part in the event of damage or destruction to Strete Barton House by fire or other causes, any shortages of labour or food supplies, or any other cause beyond our control.
